We are selling agricultural land (livada) 7365m2 in the location of Fužine Kladje.
The plot is located near the tennis court (250m air line south), the Sports Center and the Park Gorica in the town of Fužine, and yet it is secluded enough and 360° surrounded only by nature, beautiful views and all this makes it an exceptional location.

Access to the plot is a good gravel road with a very small slope, from the main paved road "Za Gorica" to the plot of about 100m.
From the main road, you get off by a large newly built wooden house.

When you come to the plot you are at the top of the hill and to the left are a wooden frame of the entrance to the adjacent property and a tree row of cypress trees.
The upper part of the plot is bounded by three tree rows and continues as a gentle slope to the right of the access road and the aforementioned series of cypress trees all the way to the foot of the hill.
Important points: The plot on the east side is directly bordered by the construction zone (behind the cypress tree), and from the north it divides about 50m or 2-3 plots of other owners from the construction zone.
