Valtura is a small town in Istria, located in the municipality of Ližnjan, just a few kilometers from Pula. It is best known for its proximity to the archeological site of Nezakcij, the capital of the Illyrian nation of Histri. Nearby is Šandalja, a system of several caves, named after the quarry of the same name. Back in Roman times, stone was exploited in that locality.
To date, Šandalja I and II caves, located ten meters from each other, have been explored. The remains of a million-year-old Homo erectus incisor were found there. It is these data that speak of the oldest prehistoric man in Europe. Likewise, the oldest impact tool in Europe (a flint impactor) was also found on this site.
Just a few kilometers from Pula, in the small town of Valtura, this spacious commercial plot is located. It has a regular shape and a total square footage of 23,250 m2. Access is from a public road and all infrastructure is located in the immediate vicinity. The land is located in a construction zone, but it is for commercial use and, due to its size and proximity to the road and infrastructure, is ideal for warehouses or halls. It is possible to divide it into two smaller plots.
