The building land has 12058 m². The mentioned land consists of two cadastral parcels, namely: k.o. Rovinj, in the Economic-tourist zone “Polari” in Rovinj. The building land is located in the Tourist-economic zone of the city of Rovinj, for which there is a General Development Plan and a Spatial Development Plan of the city of Rovinj, and it has designations; T1 ( construction of hotels), T2 ( construction of tourist settlements), T3 ( construction of tourist camps), which permits the construction of the listed facilities, and especially a Tourist Camp (T3), where all permits to start work can be obtained in a very short time and begin work on preparing the tourist season very quickly. As for the building land we offer for sale, we note that the complete infrastructure: water and septic tank are located on the parcel, and electricity and transformer station are in the immediate vicinity, the parcel has a road connection, located 700 m in a straight line from the sea, and about 3000 m.
