On the south-eastern coast of Istria, where the green hills meet the sea, where nature and heritage unite, at only four kilometers distance there are two towns of similar size with different but complementary character - Labin and Rabac.
Rabac, due to its white pebble beaches, rich Mediterranean vegetation and crystal clear sea, is called the pearl of Kvarner.
Once a small fishing village, today Rabac is an attractive tourist destination that hides an abundance of cultural events in a network of picturesque streets.

The area is also characterized by an altitude of 175m - 200m and terrain with a slope of 12° - 32° which descends evenly from the ridge to the sea.
According to the spatial planning documentation, the land is located in the area of W3 - special purpose forest.
