Lupoglav - land with project and building permit
The municipality of Lupoglav is located in the north-eastern part of Istria County and borders with the municipalities of Lanie and Cerovlje and the City of Buzet, and in the east with the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County.
The municipality extends as far as the slopes of Učka and ićarija and as far south as Boljunsko polje.
The proximity of the Nature Park Učka makes Lupoglav an unavoidable starting point for hiking and mountaineering, and also represents an alpine challenge for many free climbers and recreationalists at the site of unique geomorphological phenomena in Croatia.
At a distance of 500 m from the center, a building plot of regular rectangular shape is sold, for the particle of which a final building permit is attached with paid utilities.
In 2023 the construction of the building was announced.
