The municipality of Kršan today occupies part of the territory of the former municipality of Labin with a total area of ​​124 km². The area belonging to the Municipality is located in the central part of the eastern coastal area of ​​the Istrian peninsula. It is located between Kvarner Bay, Plomin Bay and Plomin Bay, the valley of the Raša River, the slopes of central Istria and the area of ​​Učka and the bay of Brest on the coast.
The area is dominated by two morphological units, one is the Čepićko polje, and the other is the Učka mountain massif. The next more important feature of that area is Plomin Bay, which extends deep into the land.
The climate is mild, Mediterranean, where there are no large temperature amplitudes with a lot of sun and heat and a lot of moisture in the air. Winter conditions are very rare.
Air temperatures range from 10°C to -5°C in winter, and from 23°C to 35°C in summer.
Next to the river Raša there is an agricultural land with a total area of ​​15,512 m².
The terrain is flat and has a regular shape, and the boundaries are clearly visible.
Access to the land is from a neat macadam road about 300 m from the paved road.
The advantage of this land is the proximity of the canal into which water flows from the river and can be used for irrigation.
The land is maintained, and is currently in the nature of a meadow.
