The municipality of Kršan today occupies part of the area of the former Labin municipality with a total area of 124 km2.
The area that belongs to the Municipality is located in the central part of the eastern coastal area of the Istrian peninsula.
It is located between the Kvarner Bay, Plomin Bay and Plomin Bay, the Raša River valley, the slopes of central Istria and the Učka and Brest bays on the coast.
Two morphological units dominate the area, one being the Čepićko polje and the other the Učka mountain massif.
The next important feature of this area is the Plominski Bay, which creeps deep into the mainland.
The climate is mild, Mediterranean, where there are no large temperature amplitudes with a lot of sun and heat and a lot of moisture in the air.
Winter conditions are very rare.
Air temperatures in winter range mainly from 10° C to -5° C, and in summer mostly from 23° C to 35° C.
Near the river Raša there is an agricultural land with a total area of 10.868 m2.
The ground is flat and has a regular shape, and the boundaries are clearly visible.
Access to the land is from the paved road.
The advantage of this land is also the proximity of the channel into which the water from the river flows and can be used for irrigation.
The land is maintained, and is currently in the nature of a meadow.
