Labin is a town located in Istria, and thus belongs to the Istrian County. A little over 11,000 people live in Labin, and the city consists of as many as 17 smaller settlements. Although it is in Istria, Labin has no outlet to the sea, but its distance from the sea is about three kilometers. The Old Town is located on the Labina hill, and the other part of the town is known under the symbolic name of Podlabin. The tourism of the town of Labin is closely related to its touristic part, which is called Rabac. It is a small place that was once known for its fishing, and today it is an important tourist destination. It abounds in beautiful nature and pebble beaches, and the sea is crystal clear and is called the pearl of the entire Kvarner.
In a quiet part of the village with a beautiful view of arable fields and the mountain Učka, there is a plot of land with a total area of 9045 m2.
For the most part, about 5,000 m2 is located in the tourist area, catering and tourist purposes.
Access is via a paved macadam road, all infrastructure is nearby.
