We are selling a house located on the fenced garden by the beach.
The house was built in 1968.
Renovated in 2013.
It is located in a tourist settlement that is part of the city of Nin.
From the house to the old town of Nin, you can take a 10-minute walk along the sea.
The house is divided into four apartments.
On the ground floor there are two one-bedroom apartments (easy conversion into a large two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, for eight people).
On the first floor there are two smaller apartments designed to accommodate 4 people.

If we are talking about vehicles, there is also a private berth for boats, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the property.
This tourist resort has one of the few natural sandy beaches in Croatia.
About two hundred meters from the house there is a beautiful sandy peninsula and it stretches over a kilometer, thus rounding up almost the entire town of Nin.Ninsko Blato, which has healing properties, is also located near the mentioned peninsula.
Especially known are its benefits and help in the treatment of rheumatic problems.
The beach in front of the house is not only a daily experience but also offers beautiful views during evening and night walks.
