The perfect combination of privacy and common space makes this villa ideal for larger groups and more families who want to enjoy together, but also have their peace.On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room, with three comfortable rooms, bathroom and additional toilet.
Upstairs there are three more rooms, a shared bathroom and a second kitchen and a living area everything you need for complete relaxation. The Villa Fenix has a spacious courtyard with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, as well as two covered dining areas.
Guests can also enjoy the barbecue, prepare Dalmatian specialties and hang out in the fresh air.
For the youngest there is a children's playground, and for the entertainment of the whole team there is a table tennis, darts and a football and basketball court. Within the building there is also a traditionally decorated tavern a perfect place for evening gatherings, relaxation with wine from your own wine cellar and creating unforgettable memories.
