- ATTIC: two rooms with bathrooms, two drying rooms, storage space
All rooms in the house have access to the terrace.
The terraces extend around three sides of the house so that at any time of the day you can drink coffee on the sunny side in spring and late autumn or in the shade during hot summer days.

In the yard there is a garage with auxiliary rooms and a garden grill next to the terrace.
