The island of Vis - an exceptional property with stone antiquity for adaptation!
The island of Vis - east coast, we sell a unique agricultural land area of 23453 m2 which as a whole consists of three parts.
The paved road divides the upper and lower parts of the land, which makes it even more desirable for island occasions due to the access to the vineyard and the transport of grapes.
The lower part of the field is located in a valley of approximately 10000 m2 and consists of vineyards Plavac mali with about 4000 vines on sandy soil.
Along the road passes plumbing with a paid connection, electricity nearby.
On the other side, on the slope, is a rough gravel road that passes through the upper vineyards decorated in an old-fashioned way, hand-made drywall, up to a legalized stone house of 24m2 and a cistern in front of it of 16m2 ready for reconstruction.
A utility permit has been obtained for both objects.
Along the road is an authentic concrete pool for collecting black and white grapes, kept as a monument to the past time and the way of life on the island.
On this part there is a plot of cca 5000m2 suitable for planting figs or olives.
At the end of the second part is a trail that climbs to an elevated plateau with another vineyard, about 1000 vines and 30 olive trees, and the view extends to the islands of Hvar, Korcula and for extremely clear days, to Palagruža.
The sandy beaches of Stončica and Smokova are in the immediate vicinity as well as the town of Milna, 2 km away, with famous and diverse beaches of the southern part of the island.
The town of Vis is about 4 km away.
The property is attractive with great potential for further investment and expansion of vine cultivation, located in Tihobrace field.
There are only six fields on the island of Vis where the grapes are called Plavac Mali Special, from which wine with an alcohol content of 15-16% can be produced in better years, of exceptional quality and character.
The existing vineyards of about 6000 vines are registered and carefully maintained in organic production, in which extra effort, work, knowledge and human potential have been invested over the years.
