It is important to note that the pool is hypoallergenic because the water in it does not contain chlorine, and the illumination of the pool during the night, makes bathing a special experience.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Two, larger rooms have access to the same balcony while a smaller room has a gallery for an extra bed, ideal for a children's room.
The house is fully air-conditioned, and each room can be separately regulated.
All hot water in the house is solar powered, with a boiler room on the ground floor of the house.
On the second floor we have a spacious and airy bedroom with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea and islands, and of course a separate bathroom in the room.

Brač stone and stone imported from France were used in the construction of the house.
Furniture is chosen with care, so it fits into the design of the house itself and its charm.
It really took care of the smallest details, and you can get a real impression only when you visit the house, so do not wait any longer.
The villa is located far enough from the city center that those who stay in it can enjoy privacy and relax in silence, and close enough that it is possible to walk to the city and to the beach approx.
1500 m from the city center and 800 m from the popular city beach.
Parking is possible for three cars as part of the plot.
