The garden is extremely rich in content and contains an illuminated pool with a waterfall, a large stone barbecue, a sunshade covered part for dining next to the barbecue, cultivated Mediterranean plants, a fenced part with artificial grass and content for children, five parking spaces and a canopy frame that can be covered with artificial material or used for growing vegetation.
An access paved road leads to the house, from which the house is separated by a fence.
