Detached family house of 165m2 is built on a land of 667m2 in a beautiful protected bay on the west side of the island of Brač.

The pool has a built-in countercurrent pump and preparation for the installation of a heat pump.
The outer space is high fences in a combination of walls and greenery protected from external views from the road and adjacent plots.
It is cascadingly decorated with carefully built stone walls on the theme of neat drywall construction and with stone floors.
Part of the yard is directly connected to the living room.
There are also artworks of sculpture and painted stone in the courtyard.
Horticultural arrangement of the garden part is especially valuable in aesthetic terms.
In the garden there are also five olive trees, and one fruit of lemon, orange, grapefruit, kunquai, figs, plantains and three kiwi stalks.
Distance from the sea is 30m, from the town center cca 500m, and from the nearest beach cca 300m.
The house also has a berth for the ship.
