We are selling the co-owned part of a stone house 2/1 on the beautiful island of Kaprije, Šibenik archipelago. The house is located 150 meters from the sea and the center of Kaprije. The property consists of two bedrooms (17m² and 8.8m²), a hallway (4.4m²), a kitchen with a living room and a bathroom (20m²) and a storage room on the ground floor, which also has a small bathroom (7.4m²) and an adjoining terrace (18m²), our total living space is 56m².
Parking is not required because there are no cars on the island.
Kaprije is an island located in the center of the Šibenik archipelago. Boaters who sail in this area inevitably visit it, and it is often chosen by those who sail between Split and Kornati as an ideal "stopover". It got its name from the Mediterranean caper plant, the fruits of which are eaten, and the buds are used to beautify the plate.
As a self-contained bud of the Adriatic, Kaprije beautifies your sailing in the same way, especially if you are looking for the ever-inaccessible peace and quiet that it serves to its visitors like in the palm of your hand. Namely, there are no cars on that small island, and a kind of hustle and bustle is felt only in the summer months in Kapri - the only inhabited place on the island.
