The house is located in the upper village on the island of Susak, in a quiet area with a wonderful view of the sea. Located on a hill, it offers perfect peace and privacy, far from the city crowd, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature.
Built in 2006 as a semi-detached house, it uses traditional materials such as stone and brick, with stone frames for exterior doors and windows. The facade is new, and the windows, shutters and doors are made of Siberian larch, which ensures durability and resistance to weather conditions. Quality mosquito nets are installed on all windows.
The total area of ​​the house is 223 m², with 159 m² of living space spread over three floors and an additional 64 m² of terraces. The ground floor, which covers 93 m², includes two spacious kitchens with dining areas for family meals, two comfortable living rooms for relaxation and two modern bathrooms with toilets. Two large terraces, measuring 36 m², are made of indigenous stone and are ideal for relaxing and socializing, equipped with summer kitchens and electric barbecues.
On the first floor, with an area of ​​79 m², there are two triple rooms with access to a terrace of 28 m² that offers a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace is lined with tropical banghirai wood, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second floor, with an area of ​​51 m², contains two triple rooms with high ceilings and visible wooden beams, which create a feeling of spaciousness and warmth.
The interior of the house combines natural materials such as stone, brick and wood, with white cement plasters, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The floors on the ground floor are covered with high-quality ceramics, while the upper floors have wooden floors that further contribute to the feeling of comfort. A wooden staircase with a steel structure and a modern stainless steel railing connects all floors and adds elegance to the interior. A reinforced concrete roof with thermal insulation and a double-layer brick covering provides additional protection and energy efficiency.
The house is fully equipped for a stay of up to 12 people, with two units of six people each, each with two triple rooms.
