The heating system is controlled by the application.Consumer water is obtained from rainwater, which is filtered through UV lamps and filters.The rainwater tank capacity of 25 m3 allows the reception of water on both sides of the roof.FN power plant of 11 kW with three Victron Multiplus II 5000W exchangers in a three-phase arrangement.Battery storage are equipped with 12 gel panels in a 300-strong snowbox.
The generator is automated and in case of lack of sun is automatically turned on to recharge the batteries, with notification to the owner via the web application.The house is provided with permanent video surveillance and alarm system.
