The house itself is located near the viewpoint (only 20 steps away), which overlooks the open sea, the island of Cres, the city of Rijeka, Opatija and the rest of the coast.
The coast itself is a 5-10 minute walk along the paved and maintained forest path and there are several beaches, cafes, restaurants, a navigable port and other facilities on the same.At the entrance to the city there are several public toll parking lots and a bus stop, only a few minutes walk from the house.
In the old town there are all the necessary facilities: cafes, restaurants, shops, post office, kiosk, tourist board and more, 2-3 minutes walk away.
