The house spans two floors connected by an internal staircase that leads to the first floor of the house, from where the bedrooms lead to a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends who want to spend their vacation together. There is a large covered terrace on the ground floor, which is perfect for those who want to hide from the sun and drink a refreshing drink. Crikvenica can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Crikvenica is known for its beautiful beaches, and in the summer months for its numerous entertainment facilities. If you happen to be in this area during the fishing festivals in Crikvenica, we definitely recommend visiting them, where you can taste small blue fish and local wine, all accompanied by music and entertainment.
The house was built in 2009. The interior decoration is complemented by a large garden with a 24m2 outdoor pool. The house also offers a sauna and a table tennis area.
