New family house near Umag, only 150m from the sea. It was built in 2009.
The land is 709m2 in size, and the house itself has approx. 300m2.
It consists of a basement (about 20 m2 in total), ground floor and first floor.

The beach below the house is very beautiful, and there is also an FKK beach nearby.
