The first floor provides access to the second floor, which is partially decorated, and an idea project was released to arrange a new living room and a large terrace overlooking the sea.
In the second part of the house there are three two-bedroom apartments.
The house has an installed central heating system, is installed for solar collectors and has the possibility of connecting to the city gas( it is currently connected to the buried gas tank).
A thermal facade and new PVC exterior and interior joinery are installed.
With its spatial organization, the facility allows several variants: boarding house, hostel, apartments for rent during the tourist season, apartments for year-round rent.
