The house is located in Hodošan and is ready to accommodate 16 people from 01.06.2024.
The area of the house is 250m2 with a large garden of 1000m2 and a garage for the storage of bicycles or other necessities.
All the walls in the house are freshly painted.
In the house there is a kitchen that is fully equipped (cooker, glasses, cups, bespoke, deep and shallow plates, cooking bowls of all sizes, baking pans), gas stove, oven, hot and cold drinking water.
In the kitchen there is also a dining room that can be used by up to 12 people at the same time.
Beds are arranged in 5 large rooms of approximately 25m2 with PVC joinery.
The beds are new with new unused mattresses 17 cm thick.
All beds are on the floor and next to each bed there is a pillow, quilt and bedding.
In each room there are closets for storing your own wardrobe.
Each room is designed to accommodate up to 4 people, but with agreement, a smaller number of people can stay in the same, and for each room a special key and key is issued from the entrance of the house.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house.
The first bathroom is on the ground floor of the house and in the same is a bathtub, toilet and sink (if necessary, a washing machine can be put in the bathroom if the same is needed).
The second bathroom is located on the floor of the house and contains a larger bathtub, toilet, washbasin and washing machine intended for use during the stay.
There is also a cold pan with a refrigerator, chest and shelves for food storage.
The heating is gas-floored with a wireless heat regulator with a 500l hot water tank.
All sanitary facilities are connected to the city sewers.
WI FI Internet and cleaning of the house (replacement of bed linen) every 2 weeks (not a requirement, by arrangement).
It is possible to rent a whole house or rent a house per person.
Rent price:
- per person is 190 EUR/month with included directories
- rent of the whole house 2.500 EUR/mj
The lease agreement is certified by a notary public.
The deposit amount is two monthly rents.
