Accommodation for workers is rented at the location Soblinec Sesvete near the Popovec junction.
The facility is intended to accommodate 50 to 65 workers in 25 accommodation units divided into a total of 3 floors.
Capacity depends on the individual needs of future users.
Each floor will have a kitchen and dining/living room.
Within the property we can offer 2 groups of rooms
Rooms with shared bathroom respecting the principle where for every 5 users of the accommodation there is a shower, toilet and sink
Rooms with private bathroom (shower + toilet + sink)
The layout of the rooms can be seen by the floor plans attached.
The facility is undergoing renovation, but in the pictures they can see visuals of the future appearance of the space.
In addition to the accommodation, we are also able to offer additional services if necessary:
Transportation to and from the place of work
Laundry service
Organization of meals within the facility (breakfast/dinner)
Optional additional services upon request
We will be happy to provide you with a separate offer.
In case of renting the entire floor, at this stage it is possible to make adjustments according to the user’s request.
In the space can be placed single beds or bunk beds according to the requirements of the users
The basic price in combination with bunk beds is 200 + VAT
In addition to overhead, prices will also include cleaning of rooms and common areas.
We would also like to point out the advantage of a larger number of workers due to the logistical simplicity and ease of providing transport by a single bus.
The location is extremely well connected with the public transport system with a total of 5 ZET bus lines that drive to the Dubec terminal
