Hotel complex in the first row to the sea, designed as a standalone building, with a basic tourist hospitality purpose and as a unique functional whole, aesthetically linked into a harmonious composition of contemporary architectural expression. On the northwest side of the plot, the entrance and connection from the public road are solved via a ramp leading to the hotel's parking deck. A VIP parking zone 10 PM is provided for the hotel. From the deck we descend to the entrance square – the hotel cluster – by a pedestrian ramp alongside the hotel or by semicircular steps on the entrance, northwest side of the plot. Within the hospitality‑tourism zone, vehicle parking is planned to be resolved in a shared parking lot of appropriate capacity on the northwest side of the land as a common public parking area. The hotel's purpose is hospitality‑tourism; a four‑star hotel is planned. Hotel Forum will have 40 luxury rooms with sea view, a restaurant, a café bar with a projection space, a spa area with fitness, a solarium, sauna, massage, cosmetic salon, relaxation area, 2 swimming pools, a private beach and a promenade along the lungo mare where three souvenir shops selling printed items are planned, as well as other ancillary rooms and services related to the hotel's operation. Hotel Forum has a total gross area of 3838 m2, floors S + Pr + 2, and the gross land area is approximately 6.000 m2. The municipality has granted a concession for an additional 4.000m² for parking and a children's playground. PRICE:3.500.000,00 EUR
