Nearby there is a shop, public transport, school, kindergarten, post office, playground for children...
Dear tenants, in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act, sightseeing of real estate is only possible with the signature of the Brokerage Agreement.
According to the same, the lessee is obliged to pay agency commission in case of renting in the amount of the price of one monthly rental.
