Skrad is one of the oldest municipalities in the area of Gotsko Kotar, 60 km away from Rijeka and 120 km from Zagreb, with two famous protected landscapes, the 70 m high Green Vir waterfall and the magical Vražji Prolaz canyon, where the first hydroelectric power plant in this part of Croatia is located.
A municipality that is known for tourism, catering and forestry, and most of all for taking care of the quality of life of families and children through the co-financing of preschool and school institutions, and scholarship of high school and students.
This location offers plenty of outdoor activities, in breathtaking nature, with numerous beautiful vantage points, and sandy and cycling trails, and is also known as a climate health resort.
In such an environment, we sell a loft in the high attic of a building with three apartments.
It is in nature a comfortable three-room apartment, with a bathroom and especially a toilet.
Although it is in the attic, the height of the ceiling is solid.
The windows are normal size.
