Rare are the situations in which a property manages to surprise us like this one. But when it happens, it must be in the Eternium offer! Here, already after entering the apartment, one question arose: How much is an apartment that is almost thirty years old but preserved as if it were newly built worth? In fact, this apartment was never intended for tourist rental. The owners used it exclusively for themselves, only 7 to 14 days a year, during family summer vacations. Precisely thanks to such rare use, the apartment has remained incredibly well preserved to this day. The result is best seen already at the first entry. How much care has been taken of it is perhaps best described by the fact that even while photographing we were almost afraid to move anything from its place so as not to disturb the flawless neatness that greeted us. Regardless of all these “bonuses”, the apartment has retained normal ceiling height in all its parts, while the storage is integrated so well that we didn’t even notice it on the first tour. The gallery is, of course, an integral part of the visual of the living area, but it does not take away the sense of spaciousness. On the contrary, because of it the whole apartment gives the impression of a significantly larger property. So large that at one point we even asked ourselves – is it possible that this apartment officially has only 41,95 m2?
