Equipment included as seen in the pictures and additional: - bedroom: bed size 140x200 cm, bed linen, etc., - kitchen: mini washing machine and mini dishwasher, oven and microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, all kitchen utensils and utensils, - living room: vacuum cleaner, ironing board, clothes hanger.
The apartment is suitable for one person or a maximum pair.

Lease terms: After the conclusion of the rental agreement, the current monthly rent and the guarantee are paid in the amount of two months’ rent, and part of the costs of the rental to the real estate agency, in the amount of one month’s rent.
In the event that the Lessee is a legal entity, the latter assumes payment of agency commission in the amount of one month's rent.
