The project consists of a residential and commercial building in the settlement of Gornji Zamet which is designed to meet the energy class A+.
The building has a plan of regular shape and has six floors, one of which is basement.
In total there are 16 self-contained utility units, of which three are for business and thirteen are for residential purposes.
The apartments are two-bedroom apart from the basement which is one-bedroom and the building has an elevator for easier access to all floors.
The exterior joinery of the building is made in wood-aluminum with IZO double-layer glass, roll plus mosquito nets and aluminum shutters with electric motor.
The entrance doors to the apartments are in anti-burglary and fireproof design for additional security of the occupants and the interior joinery is medium with magnetic lock and hidden fittings.
On the floors of the apartments there is oak parquet, while in sanitary fixtures there are ceramic tiles of first-class Italian manufacturers.
Underfloor heating, mono block and heat pump are provided for heating each apartment, while indoor air conditioning unit is provided for cooling each apartment.
This heating and cooling system allows comfortable temperature in all rooms throughout the year, with minimal energy consumption.
Basement and attic have two apartments, while on the other floors there are three apartments.
This diversity enables different life options and adaptations to the needs of different tenants.
The designed building meets modern housing standards, providing a high quality of life to its occupants.
Construction is scheduled for 2024 - that year in the summer days.
