The hotel is located right next to the ski slopes that are not in operation, and this year the slopes in Mrkoplje were working.
There is a large toboggan run nearby.
The beautiful untouched nature, the proximity of the city of Rijeka at only 58 km, and Zagreb at 128 km gives the possibility of weekend tourists.
There is an OPG in the village that sells autochthonous and domestic products from the gardens and meadows around the hotel. They also have a mini dairy.
A nice hotel, nature, local food, cycling, various hiking facilities, skiing of all kinds, walking, everything you can imagine is here.
As a little girl, I spent the winter there, maybe that's why I have such a romantic attitude towards that area.
