The houses are for complete reconstruction, however, very good access and an excellent position will facilitate any construction work. The village is very tame and peaceful, with great energy, the nearest shop is in Roč and the main supply center is definitely Buzet. The Slovenian border near Buzet is only about 15 minutes away by car, while Opatija is about 35 minutes away, like most other Istrian cities. Beautiful nature, peace and a rich gastronomic scene will attract lovers to this part of Istria, and we consider this property a perfect hedonistic oasis of great potential, either for a vacation home or a tourist rental, and it has our highest recommendation!
