and the olive groves and vineyards under them preserve the warmth and scent of the nearby sea.
Istrian villages - rest in the silence of nature. Imagine a handful of traditional Istrian stone houses, add to that rolling hills, arable land and olive groves and

In one such Istrian village there are these two beautiful houses that are fully decorated and equipped and as such are successfully rented out for tourists. Together they have about 100 square meters, one consists of a living room with a kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom, while the other has two bedrooms in addition to a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. Both terraces face the shared pool, and the terraces are equipped for long summer enjoyment by the pool. In one of the houses, the living room has a beautiful fireplace.
In addition to these two beautifully decorated houses on the same plot, but separately, in the second yard there is also a large house in the Rohbau phase, which measures 22 x 6 and extends through the ground floor and the first floor. At this stage, there is a possibility of agreement with the owner about the degree of completion.
