The villa is located on the island of Ciovo which is connected with the city of Trogir by a drawbridge.
It is located on the south side of this island in Okrug Gornji, Mavarčica area, with a beautiful view of the island of Drvenik and Solta.
The distance to the city of Trogir is 7 km, to the airport 8 km, but it is also connected by sea to the airport, which can avoid traffic jams.
The distance to Split is 30 km, and to Sibenik 60 km.
The villa is 200 m from the sea, and because of the steep terrain it has a beautiful view of the sea and the islands.
