The completion of the turnkey construction is planned for November 2026, while the use permit is expected in early 2027.
Reservation is possible with a deposit of 10%, and the rest of the purchase price is paid only at handover, which gives the buyer more time to organize financing.
VAT is included in the price, so the buyer does not pay real estate sales tax.
