The house is located on a hill, overlooking the sea, across the island of Brac, Solta and all the way to the city of Split.
The house is stone, over 300 years old, completely renovated and decorated for the family.

Next to the house there is also a garden of 200 m2 and parking spaces along the main road of 50 m2.
