On the island of Pag in the village of Povljana there is a modern holiday house with swimming pool only 100 m away from the beach and the sea.
The house has a total living area of 125 m2 on a plot of 400 m2.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room designed as an open space.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ebenso eine zustzliche Toilette und eine Waschkche.
Im ersten Stock des Ferienhauses befinden sich drei klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmern.
Die oberste Etage bietet Meerblick.
Das Haus ist mit Fubodenheizung in allen Badezimmern ausgestattet, es ist voll klimatisiert, mit WIFI-Netzwerk, Satellitenfernsehen in allen Zimmern.
Parkpltze befinden sich im Hof des Hauses.
Warmwasser wird durch Sonnenkollektoren erwrmt.
In der Nhe gibt es Sand- und Kiesstrnde, und der Ort Povljana selbst auf der Insel Pag ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man fr einen hochwertigen Urlaub und/oder Langzeitaufenthalt bentigt.
Povljana liegt im Sden der Insel Pag, in einer wunderschnen natrlichen Bucht.
Nach Westen ausgerichtet, ist der Ort vor dem starken Sturm und den Sdwinden geschtzt.
Povljana bietet Schutz und Zuflucht sowohl fr Reisende vom Meer als auch fr Landgnger, Liebhaber des Inselkarsts und der in der Sonne gebadeten und mit Salz gewrzten Pflanzen.
Povljana hat viele Sand- und Kiesstrnde mit allmhlichem Abstieg ins Meer.
Die Lage ist sehr gut fr Kleinkinder und Nichtschwimmer geignet.
Das auergewhnlich saubere Meer ist reich an Fischen und anderen Meersarten, so dass man in den nahe gelegenen Buchten, insbesondere in Old Bay, Muscheln finden kann.
Povljana hat eine sehr gegliederte Kste mit zahlreichen Buchten und Strnden, wie zum Beispiel:
- Im Zentrum der Stadt sind die Strnde kiesig und felsig
- Sandstrand Lingerie an der Strae Put St.
Nikola mit Duschen und einem Café
- Strand Mali Dubrovnik und Dubrovnik - eine Bucht mit Kiesstrand, zwei Cafés, Bnke und Duschen, einem Beachvolleyballplatz.
Etwa 350 m von den Strnden entfernt gibt es auch einen Bereich mit Heilschlamm
- Die Strnde Livade und Obatnice befinden sich hinter dem Strand von Perilo, in einer Sandbucht und, was am wichtigsten ist, sie werden weniger von Menschen besucht
- Strand Stara Povljana - die Bucht ist ber eine asphaltierte Strae durch ein lokales Feld erreichbar, auf der Sdseite gibt es Felsen und auf der Nordseite gibt es viele versteckte kleinere Sandbuchten.
Die Insel Pag ist sowohl durch Fhrlinien als auch durch eine Brcke mit dem Festland verbunden.
Die Brcke ist etwa 18 Autominuten vom Ferienhaus selbst entfernt, so dass das Stadtzentrum von Zadar ziemlich schnell erreichbar ist.
Zadar ist eine Stadt mit einer langen Geschichte und einem reichen kulturallen Leben.
Bekannt ist die Stadt fr die berreste des Forum Romanum, die vorromanische Kirche des heiligen Donats, zugleich des Wahrzeichens dieser Stadt.
Zudem ist Zadar fr ihren unersetzlichen Sonnenuntergang bekannt, der selbst dem amerikanischen Regisseur Alfred Hitchcock den Atem verschlagen hat.
