The authentic 115 m2 house is located in the very core of Dobrinja.
It consists of an entrance hall on the ground floor leading to the kitchen and living room, and a basement where there is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

floor where are located two bedrooms and the corridor from which the spiral stairs comes to the uncovered terrace that extends across the entire area of the house with a view of the sea and the beach of Meline, which is famous for its healing mud.
The terrace is fenced with one part wall and one part forged fence.
On the outside of the house there is an entrance to the tavern/basement.
On the eastern side of the island of Krk is situated Dobrinj municipality with the same name center.
Dobrinj is located not on a hill about 200 meters high and is one of the medieval castles that were centers of literacy in the past.
For centuries, Dobrinj was an extremely agricultural area.
There was also livestock and olive growing, as well as the exploitation of forest wealth.
The place is also known for its colorful folk costumes, folklore events, school of sopela (a Krk wind instrument) and traditional local cuisine.
In this island center, indigenous stone houses and narrow stone streets that exude past times prevail.
Not far from Dobrinje is the Biserujka cave, which delights with its beauty and interesting features.
It is the only cave on the island, of which more than 50, arranged for the reception of visitors.
According to legend, the cave was named Biserujka (pearl) after the treasure found in it, which belonged to local pirates.
